Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and possess over 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in offshore projects. The role demands strong project management skills and fluency in English to ensure compliance and effective communication with clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee mechanical and machinery projects in the MENA and Europe regions
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with clients and other team members
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and senior management
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Review and approve design plans, specifications, and drawings
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure that work meets project requirements
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and project team members
• Identify and resolve any project issues or delays in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on technical matters
• Prepare project reports and presentations for clients and senior management
• Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in mechanical and machinery engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 10 +years of experience in mechanical and machinery engineering, preferably in the MENA and Europe regions
• Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in offshore projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and machinery systems, equipment, and materials
• Experience in project management and construction management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
