Underwriters Laboratories Inc. in Cabiate, Italy, is offering a fully onsite internship for 12 months in a structured mechanical laboratory.

You will rotate through activities such as sample preparation and physical–mechanical testing of toys, childcare articles and furniture, while learning testing standards and regulations. You will gain hands-on experience, knowledge of materials and quality standards, on-the-job training with technicians, and potential career opportunities at the internship

Competenze

• Graduates or recent graduates in Mechatronic, Scientific Degree or related fields.
• Precision, curiosity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and eagerness to learn.
• Good English level.

Responsibilities

What will you do?
During the program, you will have the opportunity to support the technical team and rotate through various laboratory activities, including:

• Preparing samples to be tested
• Performing physical–mechanical tests Toy, Childcare Articles, Furniture
• Learning about applicable testing standards and regulations
• Collaborating with laboratory colleagues and other departments
