Job summary

Flex Design Center in Milan seeks Master’s degree holders in Mechanical Engineering to join the design team, supporting the mechanical design of connected medical devices from prototype development to mass production.

You will perform feasibility studies, develop proof-of-concept prototypes, and deliver high-quality technical reports supported by simulations and tests. Fluency in English and Italian is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in English and Italian.
• Ability to prepare technical reports and present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in mechanical design of connected medical devices.
• Run feasibility studies and develop proof-of-concept prototypes.
• Provide simulations, lab tests, and design documentation.
