kanadevia inova is seeking a Mechanical Engineer (EPC) with 5 years of experience in waste-to-energy or related plants. You will review contracts, specify equipment packages, and ensure timely documentation through the project schedule.

Fluency in English and Italian is required. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. You will collaborate with procurement, quality, and engineering teams in an international environment, contributing to safe, efficient plant delivery and knowledge sharing.

• 5 years experience as mechanical engineer in waste-to-energy or similar plants.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Independence in specification and management of different 3rd-party designed equipment packages.
• Project execution background with problem-solving mindset and efficient performance.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Participates in contract review with the engineering manager and implements requirements into the relevant documentation.
• Prepares and issues RFQ technical specification documents and ensures milestones are achieved timely according to the project schedule.
• Actively participates in technical negotiations with suppliers and in lot kick-off meetings with supplier and stakeholders.
• Carries out regular supplier technical expediting meetings with procurement and quality engineer, expediting supplier’s progress and addressing technical queries.
• Ensures lot engineering activities are on time and of high quality, facilitates the flow of information to other disciplines.
• Maintains close cooperation and return of experience with product responsible, supporting updating document templates.

Role & responsibilities
