Reporting

This Position reports to: Continuous Improvement Leader

Location

This role is onsite in Florence, SC.

Accountability

• Determining offered solutions and product versions, including the extent of standard and non‑standard solution scope to meet customer requirements.
• Working independently using solid competency in technologies, tools, and methods to solve critical issues.
• Supporting technical reviews and participating in core technical meetings.
• Coordinating technical support for the resolution of technical issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent or relevant) is required.
• 1+ year of relevant experience whether in an internship, university project, or combination of the two.
• Possesses a basic understanding of 3D Engineering Design software (preferably AutoCad).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); PowerBI experience is nice to have.
• Ideal candidates will be capable of being hyper‑collaborative with other business functions, an excellent and open communicator, and willing to drive for continuous improvement in assigned areas.
• Candidates must possess work authorization to work for ABB in the US.
