Hydro Systems in Rozzano (Milano area) seeks a Mechanical Designer for a hybrid, full-time role. You will develop CAD models, create technical drawings, and model components and assemblies using CAD/CAM/CAE software to meet demanding polymer and related industries' needs.

You will collaborate with product and manufacturing engineers, translate requirements into blueprints, run design simulations, and help prepare material lists and cost estimates.

• Experience with CAD/CAM/CAE workflows and technical drawings.
• Ability to translate engineering requirements into blueprints and layouts.
• Experience with digital prototyping and design simulations.

Customizing CAD/CAM/CAE software to model complex or unusual designs. Creating digital proto-types and conducting design simulations for purposes of verifying reliability/safety and optimizing engineering processes. Collaborating with product/manufacturing process engineers by recommending changes to component designs based on outcomes of digital proto-typing and design simulations.
