A global transportation solutions provider in Savigliano is seeking a Mechanical Integration Mechanical Design Engineer to manage CAD activities and integrate mechanical subsystems. Ideal candidates will have a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and 1-2 years of experience in railway products. Proficiency in technical English is required. This role emphasizes quality deliverables and collaboration with various stakeholders.

• Graduated from Mechanical Engineering school with a Master of Science degree.

Main Responsibilities

Performance Measurement/KPI’s

• On-time delivery of 3D
• On-time delivery of 2D or annotated 3D
• Quality of deliverables (first time right)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for
• Managing CAD activities
• Performing and maintaining SAM (Space Allocation Mock up) in accordance with progressive maturity rules considering all constraints
• Creating annotated SAM for exchanges with suppliers
• Checking compliancy of supplier feedback with relevant SAM
• Performing 3D detailed design of home made parts considering
• Allocated volumes given as inputs
• Interfaces defined with stakeholders
• Technical referential (materials characteristics)
• Manufacturability and maintainability constraints
• Performing 2D or annotated 3D detailed design of home made parts considering internal rules of data structuration
• Performing assembly drawings by generating BOM for industrialization
