To further strengthen our F1 Mechanical Design department, we are seeking a talented and experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in Maranello (Italy).

As a member of the Mechanical Design Group, you will be responsible for the design and development of several mechanical components for our Formula 1 car. You will work closely with other technical departments to ensure the highest standards of performance, reliability and safety. Your role will involve the use of state‑of‑the‑art CAD tools and simulation software to create innovative solutions, as well as supporting the manufacturing process and quality control of mechanical parts. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our design methodologies and collaborate with colleagues across the Design Office, Aerodynamics, Vehicle Dynamics and Race Team to achieve our ambitious goals.

Required Profile

To succeed in this challenging position, you will have a strong background in mechanical design, gained within Formula One environment. An excellent degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering is required, possibly complemented by specific studies in materials, structures or manufacturing technologies. Experience with advanced CAD systems and mechanical manufacturing processes is essential, as well as a proactive and analytical approach to problem solving.
