About the Role

The candidate will play a key role in ensuring the correct availability of raw materials and finished products, supporting smooth production processes and timely customer deliveries. You will join a team where you can learn, grow, and propose new solutions to improve processes and add value to the organization. You will report directly to the Planning & Supply service Manager.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will act as the connection between planning, production, logistics, and suppliers, taking care of:

• Ensuring the availability of raw materials (pack material, core board) required for production and deliveries, avoiding production stops and delays.
• Monitoring daily requirements through SAP (MRP), placing purchase orders, and constantly checking stock levels to maintain the optimal balance between availability and working capital.
• Managing raw material purchases in line with company targets, optimizing resources and costs.
• Coordinating supply to external outsourcers, supporting production activities entrusted to third parties.
• Communicating daily with internal teams – planning, production, and warehouse – ensuring accurate and timely information flow.
• Creating and maintaining material master data in SAP, including for new product launches.
• Managing non-conforming and slow-moving materials, working with the Quality department and other departments to determine the most appropriate disposition (return to supplier, reuse, disposal).
• Controlling and managing consignment stock, coordinating with suppliers and handling end-of-period closings to enable invoicing.
• Supporting the availability of finished products in Italian and international warehouses, based on sales forecasts and distribution lead times.
• Ensuring data reliability in internal systems (SAP, SOFI), contributing to the improvement of information quality and decision-making processes.

Who You Are

You are eager to grow in a key supply chain role and have 1–2 years of experience in planning or similar. We are particularly looking for someone who has:

• A degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong IT skills, especially advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP (logistics/planning modules) is a strong plus.
• Good command of English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Results-oriented approach and ability to work in a team.
• Resilience and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage priorities.
• Openness to change and a continuous improvement mindset.
