YouGov is seeking a Dictionary Maintenance Team intern for a 6-month placement in Milan. The role focuses on managing, analyzing, and maintaining product master data to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency across client dictionaries and internal data processes.

You will collaborate with local and international teams, support data quality improvements, and help ensure timeliness and adherence to corporate standards while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced FMCG insights

Competenze

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with AI tools and openness to adopting new tech.
• Basic knowledge of programming or data processing languages (e.g., SAS).

Mansioni

• Classify and code products according to standards.
• Create and update Client Dictionary with accuracy and consistency.
• Apply master data corrections to standardize units and conversions.
• Define and implement quality controls to improve data quality.
• Monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Meet predefined annual deadlines while maintaining quality.
