Euronext Milan is seeking a Market Surveillance Analyst to join the Market Services Operations team. The role focuses on real-time and ex-post supervision of trading activities, with emphasis on derivatives, and requires strong analytical skills and regulatory knowledge.

The position is based in Milan, Italy, with a fixed-term contract and a starting gross annual salary around the RAL figure. Experience with AI-based surveillance tools is a plus, and long hours may be required.

• Operational understanding of trading venue rules and market microstructure; knowledge of European regulation is a plus.

• Real-time and retrospective supervision across trading markets, focusing on derivatives.
• Handle market interventions, input errors, after-hours supervision, and member firm requests.
• Monitor compliance with trading venue rules and European regulations.
• Manage surveillance alerts, investigations, and reporting of suspicious transactions.
• Support liquidity provision monitoring and high-quality customer service in surveillance.
• Develop and maintain real-time and retrospective surveillance tools; contribute to AI-based tooling.
