We’re looking for a data-driven, sales-focused marketer to own performance channels and drive measurable user acquisition and conversion. Your core mandate is to grow revenue through paid and organic channels, directly impacting our bottom line while building scalable marketing systems.
What You’ll Do
You will own and execute marketing that drives sales:
- Creator acquisition & conversion – attract and onboard instructors who generate revenue
- Learner acquisition & monetization – run campaigns that turn prospects into paying users
- Performance marketing – manage and optimize paid channels with clear ROAS accountability
- Funnel optimization – improve conversion rates across the user journey
- Global growth execution – launch and localize campaigns in priority markets
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and scale performance marketing campaigns focused on conversion and ROI
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle from planning, creative briefing, launch, optimization, and reporting
- Craft and A/B test conversion-focused messaging for creators and learners
- Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates), and turn insights into action
- Own budget allocation and optimization across channels to maximize sales efficiency
- Collaborate with product, partnerships, and community teams to align growth efforts
- Continuously test and optimize user acquisition funnels and landing experiences

Must-Have Requirements
- 3+ years in performance marketing, growth, or digital marketing with direct revenue accountability
- Hands-on experience running paid social and/or search campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) with clear ROAS or conversion targets
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns and articulate the what, why, and measurable outcome
- Strong analytical skills – comfortable with data, dashboards, and basing decisions on performance metrics
- Experience defining and tracking sales-focused KPIs (CAC, conversion rate, ROAS, etc.)
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and funnel stages
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with marketplace or platform-based products (two-sided ecosystems)
- Exposure to the creator economy, education tech, or SaaS
- Multi-market or multi-language campaign experience
- Skills in SEO, email/lifecycle marketing, or content marketing
- Familiarity with startup/scale-up environments where you’ve built processes from scratch
