In Unox, a market leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified as a Great Place to Work® in Europe for the seventh consecutive year, is seeking for a Digital Marketing Data Analyst to join the Digital Marketing Team. We’re looking for someone with agency experience, who can dive deep into data, with strong skills in performance marketing and multilingual SEO. Your contribution will be crucial in interpreting data, optimizing online visibility, and guiding the team’s strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze the performance of Google Ads campaigns and other paid channels, focusing on KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Design advanced dashboards in GA4, Looker Studio, and Search Console, making data easy to interpret and actionable for the marketing team.
  • Manage the setup and configuration of events and conversions through Google Tag Manager, ensuring every digital action is properly tracked.
  • Conduct multilingual SEO analysis using tools like Ubersuggest, identifying growth opportunities across different markets and proposing targeted actions to boost organic traffic.
  • Collaborate with the web team to test new solutions (A/B testing) and implement data-driven on-page SEO optimizations.
  • Contribute to the development of digital strategies in various markets, based on comparative analysis of local data and search behavior.
Requirements
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a digital or data-focused agency, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • You’re able to interpret complex data and turn it into scalable, actionable strategies.
  • You’re proficient in tools like GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Ubersuggest.
  • You have experience with international/multilingual SEO projects and understand the dynamics of organic positioning.
  • You’re familiar with Google Ads campaign structure and key performance KPIs.
  • You speak and write English fluently (minimum B2 level).
  • (Bonus): Experience with advanced tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog.

Marketing Manager

This majestic resort immerses guests in a 900-year-old historic building, rich in charm and Renaissance tradition. Role Description

As Marketing Manager, you will lead the resort’s marketing strategy, ensuring that San Clemente Palace Venice maintains its position as one of Europe’s most iconic luxury destinations. You will manage all branding, digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and promotional initiatives, working closely with operational departments and corporate teams to elevate the hotel’s visibility and guest engagement.

Your main responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive annual marketing plan
  • Managing the resort’s brand identity and ensuring consistent representation across all channels
  • Leading digital marketing efforts, including website content, SEO, and online campaigns
  • Overseeing social media strategy, storytelling, and content creation
  • Coordinating photography, videography, and creative production
  • Managing PR activities, media relations, and influencer partnerships
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
  • Planning and executing promotional campaigns and seasonal offers
  • Supporting the Sales team with collateral, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Ensuring high-quality guest communication and email marketing campaigns
  • Managing relationships with external agencies and partners
  • Analyzing performance metrics and preparing monthly marketing reports
  • Collaborating closely with F&B, Events, Rooms, and Spa teams to promote key experiences
  • Upholding the hotel’s reputation through strategic communication and brand storytelling

  • Proven experience in marketing within luxury hospitality or premium lifestyle brands
