Marketing Manager – Omada & Vigi Business Solutions

TP-Link Italy, a global leader in Networking and Video Surveillance solutions for Consumer, SMB, and Enterprise markets, is seeking a Marketing Manager dedicated to our Omada Business Networking and Vigi Business Surveillance portfolios.

This role is central to driving the growth of our B2B business in Italy, shaping our competitive positioning, strengthening our partner ecosystem, and executing high‑impact marketing initiatives that support sales acceleration.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing & Business Leadership
  • Define and develop TP-Link’s competitive positioning and go‑to‑market strategy for the Omada and Vigi solution portfolios in Italy.
  • Translate commercial objectives into clear, measurable, and actionable marketing plans.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments within the professional networking and surveillance segments.
  • Contribute to business case development and evaluation of new verticals, ecosystems, and business models (e.g., MSP, system integrators, enterprise).
  • Align closely with Sales, Product Management, and TP-Link Central Marketing teams at EMEA/Global level.
  • Design and execute co‑marketing campaigns with distributors, resellers, system integrators, and MSP partners.
  • Manage the full partner marketing lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, enablement, MDF planning, execution, and ROI reporting.
  • Plan partner events, technical workshops, and community initiatives to increase engagement, loyalty, and advocacy.
  • Localize global propositions and value messaging for the Italian market in collaboration with Product and Partner Program teams.
  • Develop high-quality sales enablement materials such as playbooks, battlecards, case studies, presentations, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales and Inside Sales to ensure consistent go‑to‑market execution and message alignment.
  • Provide channel partners with tailored marketing tools, assets, and messaging to accelerate pipeline creation and conversion.
4. Campaign Execution, Performance & Operations
  • Plan and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, partner activities) in collaboration with Brand & Marketing Operations.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize based on ROI and measurable business impact.
  • Manage marketing budgets, agencies, vendors, and external partners.
  • Use CRM and marketing automation systems for segmentation, lead management, nurturing, and reporting.
Job Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally in ICT, networking, telecommunications, or cloud environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Proven track record in demand generation and partner‑driven marketing initiatives.
  • Fluent in both Italian and English.
  • Familiarity with cloud ecosystems, MSP models, and IT channel structures.
  • Experience with MDF management, ROI analysis, industry events, and community programs.
  • Basic understanding of GDPR principles related to marketing operations.
