The Role

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Livestock Marketing Manager who will be responsible for defining, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies for the Swine and Ruminant lines. This role will promote operational excellence and innovation, working closely with the commercial, technical, and communications functions.

This role represents a key lever for the company's competitive positioning and requires a combination of leadership, analytical skills, and in-depth industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Development and implementation of annual marketing plans for the Swine and Ruminant lines.
  • In-depth analysis of target markets, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Definition of positioning, pricing, segmentation, and distribution channel strategies.
  • Management of the marketing budget, with responsibility for forecasting, ROI, and resource optimization.
  • Supervision of the communications plan, in collaboration with the dedicated team, to ensure consistency between brand identity and promotional messages.
  • Coordination with the sales team to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
  • Active participation in trade fairs, scientific events, and national and international conferences.
  • Leadership and development of the Livestock marketing team, with responsibility for objectives, performance, coaching, and professional growth.
Requirements
  • Degree in a scientific discipline (Veterinary, Biology, Agriculture, or similar) preferred.
  • Significant experience in marketing roles at established companies in the sector. Pharmaceutical, animal feed, or veterinary medicine preferred.
  • Proven experience in team management and collaborative leadership.
  • Excellent English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
  • Strategic mindset, results-oriented, and long-term vision.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to work in dynamic, multidisciplinary environments.
