A leading entertainment company is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their Italian Marketing Team in Rome. The ideal candidate will lead impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with local audiences, leverage cross-functional collaboration, and ensure brand success in Italy's competitive landscape. Candidates should have extensive experience in consumer marketing and be fluent in both Italian and English, enhancing their impact on the brand's presence.

Italy was one of the first markets we launched in Europe (2015). Today, we continue to invest in a strong slate of locally produced Italian titles alongside our International slate, making Netflix unique, accessible and highly entertaining for local consumers.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Italian Marketing Team.
This is a full time contract position located in Rome.
As a Marketing Manager, you are passionate about absorbing business context and using that to make intelligent decisions that benefit the long‑term value of the brand. In this position, you will be crafting and executing 360° campaigns for our members. The successful candidate will be comfortable taking the lead on marketing campaigns, yet act selfless and be inclusive.
The best candidate for the role is someone who lives and breathes our content already and talks naturally and passionately about our series, films, and documentaries. You will create campaigns that drive conversations and resonate authentically with local audiences in Italy and set new standards for entertainment marketing. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, socializing easily with lots of cross‑functional partnerships. You are a professional that will thrive in our culture focused on excellence.
