What you will do

As our Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in accelerating Movopack’s growth across Europe. You will work closely with the CMO and cross‑functional teams to drive high‑impact initiatives throughout the marketing funnel.

You will :

• Manage and optimize our digital campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
• Oversee lead generation operations and HubSpot workflows, ensuring smooth activation for the Sales team.
• Support the development and optimization of our website
• Create reports, dashboards, and insights to guide strategic decisions and measure campaign performance.
• Lead event follow‑up and support ROI analysis for major fairs and industry shows.
• Help craft compelling stories and partner with top‑tier brands on high‑impact collaborations.
• Strengthen Movopack’s social media presence and expand visibility across European media platforms.
• Work closely with the CMO to ensure continuity across all marketing activities and contribute to building a strong, high‑performing team.

Requirements
