Overview

Randstad Professional's Sales & Marketing division, specializing in the search and selection of Middle and Senior Management, for a major company in the Hospitality industry is seeking a :

Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
  • Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing and branding strategies. The role will focus on collaborating with the Director of Sales & Marketing to define and execute the hotel’s market positioning and ensure alignment with business goals and brand values.
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing plan and budget, ensuring consistency with corporate brand guidelines.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns and promotions aimed at increasing brand awareness, market share, and customer engagement.
  • Supervise the creation of marketing materials, editorial and creative content, ensuring consistency in tone of voice and brand identity.
  • Manage the property’s digital presence and social media strategy, coordinating content calendars and engagement activities in collaboration with the approved PR agency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners in the luxury, fashion, and lifestyle sectors to enhance brand visibility.
  • Identify and develop exclusive partnerships and collaborations with like-minded brands and cultural institutions to strengthen the hotel’s positioning.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing, PR, and social media performance, providing insights and ROI evaluation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, F&B, Events, Guest Relations, HR, and Operations) to ensure integrated and consistent communication across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing roles within luxury hotels (5-star) or high-end lifestyle brands.
  • Strong expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and integrated communication strategies.
  • Creative mindset with a strategic and results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of a second European language will be considered a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sensitivity to luxury and lifestyle trends.
