We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead regional sales and marketing initiatives. This role involves driving promotional activities, supporting product positioning, and ensuring consistent brand communication across channels. You’ll manage digital campaigns, training programs, and local events, while analyzing customer feedback and optimizing performance.

To Lead the digital transformation, you’ll implement sales processes, manage lead capture, and maintain customer databases. You’ll also oversee a team of Sales Engineers and A&SP Managers, ensuring alignment with business goals and resolving team issues effectively.

Your Impact
  • Conceives and implements all sales and marketing promotional activities in the region. Ensures continuous, market-adapted product argumentation across all channels for Field Retail Managers, Product Specialists, and dealer salesmen. Supports Marketing Communication (MC) in developing B2B2C brand communication and ensures consistent cross-media implementation for a unified Fendt presence.
  • Actively involved in creating and regionally implementing (digital) campaigns, including success reviews. Adapts and implements marketing training concepts to suit regional needs. Defines and executes local Sales & Marketing training via Sales Engineers. Plans and supports local DEMO activities for the Full Line, product launches, fairs, and field days.
  • Analyzes customer satisfaction surveys (NPS) and initiates actions to improve results. Plans and reviews regional Advertising & Sales Promotion (A&SP) budgets in coordination with MC.
  • Acts as the regional interface for Digital Transformation Programs, implementing digital sales processes (lead to order) and system landscape. Manages lead capturing during trade fairs, events, and dealer days (“We know every single event guest”). Initiates communication and sales campaigns based on KPIs to fill the sales funnel. Ensures a consistent dealer and customer master database.
  • Holds professional and disciplinary responsibility for subordinate A&SP Managers and Sales Engineers, including task planning, development, motivation, and performance assessment. Serves as the first escalation point for team discrepancies. Professionally oversees Field Retail Managers and Product Specialists, coordinating retail topics region-wide and aligning with local business managers.
Your Experience and Qualification
  • Previous marketing experience preferred, ideally within agricultural, grounds care, or similar equipment industries. Sales or business development experience is a strong advantage.
  • Ideally educated in Agricultural Business Management, Economics, or Marketing.
  • Solid understanding of the agricultural machinery business. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong numeracy and analytical capabilities. Demonstrated business and commercial acumen.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team. Collaborative mindset with a focus on shared goals and outcomes.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus. Willingness and availability to travel up to 50%.
