Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Lead and manage key product marketing launch projects at country level.
- Responsible for marketing budget management, incl. budget tracking and review. Monitor the design, performance and maintain of social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Prepare detailed promotional presentations.
- Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events.
- Work closely with marketing team from WEU regional level and ensure overall strategy alignment and implementation.
- Other related responsibilities in Marketing team.
Requirements
- Previous working experience in Marketing, project management or Telecommunications industry is preferred.
- Flexible and dynamic, can work adapt the fast-paced electronic consumer environment. Open minded and hands-on attitude.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
