Director of Marketing

to lead the EMEA region for a global industrial solutions company.

This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting directly to the regional VP, where you’ll drive marketing strategy, lead a talented team, and deliver impactful campaigns across a diverse product portfolio. You’ll work cross-functionally to align marketing with business growth objectives and elevate brand presence across the region.

What You’ll Do :

Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communication strategies across EMEA.

Drive successful product launches and go-to-market initiatives tailored to regional needs.

Collaborate with product, sales, and R&D teams to align marketing with commercial goals.

Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team across multiple countries.

Develop external communications for key stakeholders, including customers, media, and institutions.

Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions.

Champion digital marketing infrastructure and innovation.

Ensure consistent brand messaging and thought leadership across all channels.

What You Bring :

10–15 years of senior marketing experience, ideally in industrial or B2B sectors.

Proven success in leading product launches and cross-functional initiatives.

Strategic mindset with the ability to manage complexity and competing priorities.

Excellent communication and influencing skills across diverse stakeholder groups.

Experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field (engineering background a plus).

Fluent in English and at least one local EMEA language.
