Descrizione del lavoro

We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join our Marketing team in Milan and play a key strategic role in data interpretation and advanced analytics.

This role will work at the intersection of Marketing and Tech, with the mission to ensure data accuracy, unlock actionable insights, and support data-driven decision making across channels, brand partners and ventures. As a key analytical partner, you will manage tracking systems, improve the quality of data flows, and collaborate on advanced analysis, modeling, and visualization to optimize marketing performance and strategic outcomes.

What you'll do:
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of all collected data, and guarantee they’re correctly visualized across platforms (GA4, dashboards, BI tools) and ready for reporting needs.
  • Monitor tracking anomalies on GA4, elevate technical issues to the Tech team, and support their resolution.
  • Configure and maintain custom GA4 reports to analyze website performance and user interactions (e.g., scrolls, videos, wish lists, product rankings) and extract strategic insights.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing and Channels teams to set up advanced analysis frameworks and test alternative attribution models.
  • Research, propose, and contribute to the implementation of predictive models, including customer segmentation and behaviors, using machine learning and statistical algorithms.
  • Collaborate with the Tech team to develop and manage customized dashboards, integrating GA4 events and performance metrics, to deliver deep insights into user journeys and conversion funnels.
  • Encourage data literacy through regular training sessions and process documentation/standardization.
What we're looking for:
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing, e-commerce, or digital environment.
  • Educational background in Data Science, Economics, Data analysis, or related fields.
  • Strong command of GA4 and digital analytics tools; experience with BigQuery and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau).
  • Solid understanding of marketing performance metrics, attribution models, and user behavior analytics.
  • Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with predictive modeling, statistical methods, and machine learning techniques is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English.
What we offer:
  • Benefits: monthly lunch tickets, company laptop, discounts to our owned brands and brand partners, and additional perks in the form of local discounts and offers.
  • Learning & Development Programs: continuous learning experience with TLG University and The Breakfast Club projects.
  • Be part of the young (31 on avg.) and international (30 nationalities) #TLGPeopleTeam and work in a dynamic and fast‑moving environment.
