Marketing & Communications Executive - Armani Hotel Milano
Armani Hotel Milan, 5 stars luxury hotel located in the heart of the famous Milan fashion district, is looking for a Content & Communications Specialist ad to join our Sales & Marketing Department. Reporting directly to the Marketing & Communications Manager. We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for delivering great customer service and excellent communication skills.
Principal Accountabilities
- Support the Marketing and Communication Manager in promoting the hotel and outlets through all available channels based on strategy
- Support the Marketing and Communication Manager in the creation of hotel promotions, initiatives and similar and in their communications through proprietary B2C and B2B touchpoints (Inroom iPad, Website, newsletter, social media)
- Support the Marketing and Communication Manager with marketing and communication opportunities and collaborations, and influencer collaboration inquiries
- Supervising photo & video shootings (for digital contents)
- Assist the Marketing and Communication Manager in maximizing the hotel media coverage
- Assist with distributing press release and maintain the press/media database, with national and international contacts
- Monitor direct competitors and trends
- Create on monthly basis dedicated reports and presentations
Candidate Profile
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related major; 2 years' experience in the marketing, digital or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising agency experience preferred.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Proven experience in marketing, with a strong preference for experience in the hospitality industry. Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
