You will be joining the PAYBACK Marketing Team, and you will be supporting the execution of the Communication mission with the goal of improving awareness, consideration, appreciation and activation of the PAYBACK services and features.
You will manage and optimize PAYBACK communications strategy at Coalition Partners' physical stores and online properties. You will be supporting the design and launch of PAYBACK Coalition Campaigns, both online and in-store. You will also be a reference point for PR activities (press releases, LinkedIn, event organization, awards ceremonies, etc.).
You will manage PAYBACK digital communication channels and creative digital communication campaigns, through its newsletter, website, app and push notification channels, ensuring cost control and budget management.
You will supervise, evaluate and report on the performance of communications activities across all touch-points; make recommendations based on discovered findings / opportunities and build strong, collaborative relationships with key cross-functional business units, including CRM, Legal, Compliance, Operations Teams.
