You will collaborate with a dynamic team and utilize advanced advertising tools to deliver impactful results. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of media planning experience, strong analytical skills, and business proficiency in English. This role offers a full-time temporary contract with a hybrid work model.

Location: Milan, Italy (initially in-office, then hybrid)

Contract: Full-time, temporary contract with possibility of extension

Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, hybrid (3 days in-office after onboarding)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Campaign Planner to plan, manage, and optimize digital media campaigns. You will work with a dynamic team, using advanced advertising tools to deliver impactful results for our clients.

Your Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital media plans across different advertising platforms.

Set up campaigns, including audience targeting and budget allocation.

Monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and maximize return on ad spend.

What You Need
  • 1-3 years of experience in media planning, preferably in an agency.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive optimizations.
  • Experience with budget management and performance reporting.
  • Business proficiency in English.
Nice to Have
  • Fluency in French, German, or Spanish is a plus.
