Key responsibilities include content creation for social media and digital channels, conducting market research, and assisting with promotional events. Candidates should have a degree in Marketing or a related field and experience in digital marketing is preferred.
Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns (e.g., digital, email, traditional advertising, events).
Supporting the organization of promotional events, including logistics, materials preparation, and on-site assistance.
Collaborating with internal teams (like sales, design, and content writers) and external partners or agencies to ensure timely project delivery.
Assisting with content creation, such as drafting blog posts, social media posts, email copy, press releases, and marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations).
Managing and monitoring the company's social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
Supporting the maintenance and updates of digital marketing channels, including websites and email campaigns.
Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, target audiences, and competitor strategies.
Gathering and compiling data from various sources, such as web analytics, social media metrics, and customer feedback.
Tracking and analyzing marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports for the team.
Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the marketing department, such as scheduling meetings and managing marketing calendars.
Maintaining and updating marketing databases, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and mailing lists.
Organizing and managing the inventory of marketing and promotional materials.
