We are seeking a Market Access Specialist to support the Market Access Department and the Market Access Manager in activities aimed at ensuring market access for the company’s products.

The role provides both operational and strategic support in defining and implementing access and pricing strategies, contributing to the preparation of regulatory and payer dossiers, negotiation activities, and operational management such as monitoring registries and competitive intelligence.

Main Responsibilities:

Support the definition and implementation of Market Access and pricing strategies at national, regional, and hospital level, in collaboration with the Market Access Manager.

Manage and update monitoring registries related to products and market access activities.

Monitor the competitive landscape and regulatory and market developments, with a particular focus on reimbursement trends and healthcare policies.

Adapt the clinical and commercial value proposition of products to the local context to optimize positioning and prevent price erosion.

Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Medical, Regulatory Affairs) to ensure alignment of access strategies and collection of market and observational data.

Support the preparation and submission of dossiers for regulatory authorities and payers.

Assist in the preparation of negotiation materials and tools for public and private stakeholders.

Participate in the planning and monitoring of product launches, contributing to local needs assessments.

Contribute to periodic reporting on Market Access activities and market trends.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all activities carried out.

Requirements:

University degree in scientific, economic, healthcare, or related disciplines (postgraduate education or master’s in Market Access, Health Economics, or related fields is an asset).

2+ years of experience in Market Access, Reimbursement, or Institutional Affairs roles within the pharmaceutical industry.

Solid understanding of Italian healthcare policies and reimbursement dynamics at national and regional level.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Good command of English, both written and spoken.
