Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in civil engineering (Maritime hydraulics or geotechnical).
• 10–15 years in the maritime sector (design or construction).
• Fluent English and Italian.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and Adobe Acrobat.
• Leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and evaluate design solutions for maritime works.
• Analyze technical critical issues and propose improvements.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, external designers and suppliers.
• Conduct periodic inspections of areas affected by temporary and permanent works.
• Support technical bids and construction methods.
• Assist technical services and Project Management in verification of executive design and management of variations.
• Report and capitalize gained technical know-how.
