Overview

Join to apply for the Manutentore Elettrico role at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Latina, Italy. This 12‑month fixed‑term assignment is part of our production site in Borgo San Michele, where you will support the manufacturing of innovative medicines.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Collaborate with installation, qualification, and release teams for new equipment.
• Execute tests and apply necessary changes during new product introduction.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
• Record activities in MES and SAP systems.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to carry out maintenance and requested service.
• Apply safety procedures for all work.
• Aid the warehouse in spare part procurement.
• Assist supervision in EHS and quality activities.
• Comply with GMP and EHS procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma of technical industrial institute or equivalent.
• Previous experience as an electrical maintenance technician in the pharmaceutical sector, industrial plant, or similar with PES/PAV/PEI certification.
• Ability to read and consult electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Capability to intervene on electrical plants to identify and replace failing components.
• Knowledge of programmable logic systems.
• Knowledge and use of the Office package.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
