A leading automotive supplier in Santena, Italy, is seeking a Manufacturing Trainee to work in an international environment. The role involves analyzing work stations, checking work cycles, and ensuring process conformance. Ideal candidates should have an Engineering Degree and a strong interest in manufacturing. Fluent English is required.

As a Manufacturing Trainee in Valeo ISC Italy, in Santena, you will have the opportunity to work with the most powerful carmaker companies, in the electronics development working in an international and multicultural environment.

You Will Learn How To

• Ergonomics and work stations layout analysis;
• Check work cycles (in terms of times and methods) with the aim of continuous improvement;
• Check, update and train the operators on standards and working time;
• Verify the continuous conformance of the process to generate product in accordance with the control plans;
• Verifty Master Samples availability and calibrations;
• Implement system for:
  • Machine Stops reason analysis;
  • Organization malfunctions analysis;
• Implement Additive Manufacturing application to optimize production lines or generate savings;

Desired Skills And Experience

• Engineering Degree;
• Strong interest in manufacturing/production area and Additive Manufacturing;
• Fluent English;
