A global staffing agency is seeking a Manufacturing Science & Technology Senior Specialist to manage technology transfer and process scale-up activities. The role requires a strong technical background with experience in pharmaceutical process development and validation. Candidates should possess a relevant degree, be fluent in Italian, and have competency in English. Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) Senior Specialist.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional to step into a high-impact role focused on technology transfer, process scale‑up and ongoing commercial support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technology transfer activities (IN & OUT) for registered products at industrial scale
• Execute process validation and re‑validation activities
• Conduct scale‑up studies and manage technical batches at manufacturing level
• Provide technical and scientific support for commercial production, troubleshooting and lifecycle management
• Prepare and review key documentation including validation protocols, reports, and technology‑transfer plans
• Support Quality during audits as a subject‑matter expert on technical and process aspects

Requirements

• Technical or Scientific degree (Pharma Technology, Engineering, Chemistry, Natural Sciences, etc.)
• Strong experience in pharmaceutical process development and dosage forms (OSD, Oral Liquid, Sterile)
• Proven competency in technology transfer, process scale‑up and validation
• Solid understanding of GMP standards and applied statistics in pharmaceutical processes
• Fluent Italian and competent English (intermediate level minimum)
