Who we are looking for

This is what you will do

Reporting directly to the Head of Respiratory Manufacturing, they will be responsible for coordinating a small work group.

You will be responsible for

• As an expert in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt certification is a must), they will be the cross-functional point of contact for the manufacturing optimization across the various production departments.
• Interfaces independently with the various company stakeholders involved in the manufacturing optimization : engineering, maintenance, operational excellence representatives, department heads, etc.
• They will be responsible for overseeing the definition and subsequent development of cross departmental projects for the manufacturing departments (for example : new electronic batch record, implementation of software for "time out of fridge" traceability, SAP gap remediation).
• Supports the monitoring of productivity KPIs for the various departments.

You will need to have

• Green Belt certification.
• Knowledge of production processes and participation in / coordination of efficiency improvement teams.
• Knowledge of company ERPs.
• Experience in complex manufacturing environment.
• Coordination of small work groups.

We would prefer for you to have

• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
