AlixPartners in Milano is seeking a Management Consultant in Manufacturing & Operations to diagnose and improve plant performance, both on-site and in the boardroom. You will quantify benefits, build models, and define actionable plans to deliver measurable value.

You must be fluent in English and Italian, with strong analytical and modelling skills, and you should be willing to travel and work in a hybrid setting.

Competenze

• 4–8 years of experience, ideally mix of consulting and industry in manufacturing/operations.
• Exposure to manufacturing performance improvement, footprint optimization, supply chain, or digital analytics.
• MBA or Master’s degree; engineering/business/operations/finance preferred.
• Excellent analytical and modelling skills with track record of delivering client value.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration; fluent in English and Italian; willing to travel.

Mansioni

• Conduct operational diagnoses from site visits and data‑analysis.
• Define actionable improvement plans with client teams on shop floor and in boardroom.
• Build models to quantify benefits and track value realization.
• Support implementation and set governance structures for rapid decision‑making.
• Prepare executive‑level communications turning analysis into pragmatic recommendations.
