Your impact
  • Champion safety and regulatory compliance across the plant; model Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Install, align, troubleshoot, and repair blow mold, trimmer, palletizer, and associated systems.
  • Execute mold, neck tooling, pin, and equipment changeovers to meet production plans.
  • Service pneumatic/hydraulic circuits: inspect hoses, rebuild/replace valves and pumps.
  • Deliver preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize throughput.
  • Maintain machines in top processing condition; weld and fabricate when needed.
  • Analyze root causes and fix blow mold equipment, baggers, and other support assets.
  • Step in to operate blow mold or injection machines as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with production, quality, and logistics; communicate status frequently.
  • Adapt responsibilities to plant layout and equipment mix; duties vary by site.
  • Work from assignments provided by the Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician or Supervisor.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned; complex problems include assistance and review for sound judgment.
  • Be available for reasonable mandatory overtime during peak demand.
Qualifications

Minimum

  • Basic math ability and computer literacy.
  • Introductory knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • OSHA forklift certification.
Physical & environmental expectations
  • Regular standing and walking; frequent use of hands and reaching.
  • Occasional climbing/balancing; stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Loud production environment with moving mechanical parts; temperature varies by season.
  • PPE required in production and designated areas.
