Rotork plc in Porcari, Italy, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive design, implementation, and documentation of shop floor processes, with a focus on continuous improvement during a period of transformation.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will audit processes, provide technical support, analyze problems, and propose new equipment and methods to boost efficiency and quality. The role requires teamwork and the ability to work both independently with keen attention to detail.

Formación

• Experience using CAD software in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
• Experience working in an engineering manufacturing environment involving electromechanical products.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of VBA programming.
• Good command of English (B1–B2 level) and fluent English.

This is a key position within the production team, working on dynamic challenges and a variety of projects where you will have a tangible impact on Rotork's manufacturing efficiency.

Reporting to the Production Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement of production activities and processes during a period of transformation, involving significant developments and efficiency improvements across the factory.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

• Experience using CAD software (Solid Edge).


• Knowledge of methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.


• Experience working in an engineering manufacturing environment involving electromechanical products.


• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.


• Knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) programming.


• Good command of the English language (B1–B2 level).


• Fluent English
