Job summary

Bosch Rexroth is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to connect Engineering, Operations, and Production for efficient production of new ideas. You will interpret drawings and 3D models to determine manufacturability, coordinate tooling with suppliers, and support shop floor readiness in a global engineering environment.

The role requires CAD/CAM proficiency, English and Italian fluency, and strong planning and communication skills to ensure on-time delivery and tooling readiness across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• CAD/CAM proficiency; read/interpret drawings and 3D models.
• Experience with CAD tools such as PTC Creo and SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of tooling and materials for different production environments.
• Strong planning, organization, and communication skills.

• Feasibility & Engineering Support: evaluate proposals for production feasibility
• Technical Drawing & 3D Model Interpretation: analyze drawings/models to determine manufacturability
• Tooling Management: coordinate special tooling with suppliers, track orders and delivery
• Production & Shop Floor Support: collaborate with production, perform practical machine checks
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: liaise with Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering, Purchasing, Tooling, and Production

As a Manufacturing Specialist, you connect Engineering, Operations, and Production to ensure new ideas can be efficiently produced. You assess feasibility, define the optimal manufacturing approach, and coordinate tooling needs. You interpret technical drawings and 3D models to identify best production methods. You work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, on-time delivery and production readiness. Requisiti fondamentali
