Technogym Village di Cesena cerca un Manufacturing Engineer Specialist per rafforzare l'Operations Team. In questa posizione sarai responsabile di guidare progetti di miglioramento continuo, applicando Lean Thinking, gestendo processi di produzione e formando gli operatori.

Lavorerai con R&D, T&M e QA per ottimizzare processi, cicli di produzione e standard di qualità, assicurando la sicurezza e l'efficienza. Coordinerai bilanciamenti di linea, attività di problem solving e training modulato.

Competenze

• Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o Gestionale.
• 1–2 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo o produzione.
• Conoscenza di processi di produzione e assemblaggio.
• Fondamenti di Lean (Value stream map, SMED, DMAIC).
• Buone capacità relazionali e comunicative.
• Conoscenza di SAP e Power BI è un plus.

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer Specialist to join our Operations Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). In order to perform the role, you should be self-motivated, creative and proactive, able to work successfully in a dynamic environment that includes multiple platforms and architectures, technologies and work environments. Together with your team, you will take care of the management of Continuous Improvement and problem solving projects in the manufacturing fields, respecting the rules of Lean Thinking. You will also have the task of increasing production efficiency and identifying effective measures aimed at increasing the value for our customers. As part of the role, you will be involved in projects aiming at improving Plant Standards and helping team leaders in the correct technical training of line operators. Together with the other business areas (R&D, T&M, QA, etc.) you will have the task of optimizing and monitoring production processes, production cycles and quality and technological standards while guaranteeing the safety standards of our production process.

YOUR IMPACT

• Manage Problem Solving activities (6σ, Kaizen, etc ...) related to production
• Manage continuous improvement activities in production
• Manage line balances together with team leaders based on productivity needs, available resources and specific process criticalities
• Organize training sessions (quality assurance, time and method and balancing of lines) and generate, standardize and improve training modules
• Evaluate projects and resources needed to promote Continuous Improvement activities
• Ensure that occupational safety and ergonomics standards are met through the validation of manufacturing processes, equipment, masks, etc
• Participate in process audit
• Improve quality control standard

ABOUT YOU

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical with a strong team-player mindset.

What you should bring:

• Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering, with a course of study focused on production and logistics
• 1-2 year's of previous experience in a similar role or in manufacturing, production, time and methods or logistics areas
• Fluent in Italian and English (minimum level required B2 CEFR)
• Knowledge of production processes and assembly processes
• Knowledge of Lean fundamentals (Value stream map, SMED, DMAIC process, 6σ, lean activities)
• Orientation to achieve objectives
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer skills
• An important plus is the candidate coming from Automotive or Industrial companies with series production, characterized by complexity and focused on continuous improvement and problem solving
• Knowledge of SAP and Power BI will be considered a plus

COMPENSATION

We believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 30,000 and 50,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
