This role involves translating use cases into applications, collaborating with teams to enhance the digital factory environment, and developing testing solutions for electromechanical subsystems. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, with at least 3 years of manufacturing experience and strong coding skills.

In the context of a factory for the assembly of electromechanical products, part of multinational group, in SLIMPA SPA (KONE Group) we are looking for a Manufacturing application and testing systems developer.

In this role, he / she will be responsible for designing and coding functional programs and applications as well develop functional testing systems for electromechanical subsystems.

Responsibilities
  • Translate application use cases into functional applications.
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
  • Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
  • Collaborate with development and IT teams to manage digital factory environment.
  • Responsible for following best practices around testing, defect tracking, test suite maintainability, and quality.
  • Create testing solutions that can be reused effectively and efficiently.
  • Implement functional testing systems from R& D test specifications.
Skills
  • Excellent ability to read electrical and electronic diagrams.
  • Good knowledge of testing procedures and technologies.
  • Proficient in NI Lab View.
  • Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge of. NET framework ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design and architectural patterns.
  • Familiarity with RDBMS (MS SQL Server) and SQL language to be able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes.
  • Familiar with code versioning tools (Git).
  • Basic knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies and procedures.
