Role
  • Support ideation, business plan development, research and validation of ideas and implementation of new programs and features that support the Mastercard agenda in the digital issuing space
  • Support development and go-to-market for credit and flexibility solutions, closely collaborating with Global teams and CSC teams
  • Responsible for evaluating and applying market research and directing opportunity assessments on new ideas and concepts, monitoring the landscape of competitive products and industry trends, and developing business plans for Digital products growth and new products
  • Key contributor to the management and go-to-market of Credit products and Installment solutions
  • Create sales materials for both Product and Sales teams to support digital solutions scaling
  • Support the development of innovative and differentiated digital core products to meet current and emerging needs of Mastercard customers and consumers
  • Create and maintain a library of best practices and case studies on product development to be shared with Product Sales, Account Teams and Customers
Requirements
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to design digital solutions/value propositions that drive positive results for both customers and Mastercard
  • Ability to effectively communicate digital solutions to internal and external stakeholders at different levels
  • Coordinate project developments through regular interactions with both global and local counterparties
  • Proof of experience and track record in payments and digital products
  • Interest and passion for payments, banking, financial services, e-commerce and all things digital. Ideally picked up in previous relevant experiences or in a consulting environment
  • Product / Marketing experience with a mix in B-2-B and B-2-C Direct Marketing
  • Excellent command of the relevant business tools (Excel, Power point, internal reporting tools)
  • Understanding of competitive offerings and industry trends
  • Analytical skills regarding P&L development and ownership
  • Leadership skills with the ability to recognize opportunities, form a vision, set direction, and gain commitment of others to achieve goals and overcome obstacles
  • Ability to turn qualitative and quantitative data and information analysis into actionable 'insights'
  • Team player and results oriented
  • English language (plus another European language preferred)
