Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, highly hands‑on Manager to lead the IT Finance, HR & Corporate Functions team. This critical role demands a manager who will also serve as a Solution Architect, Service Manager, and Project Manager for all global applications within this stream. The successful candidate will drive the technological roadmap, ensure operational excellence, and manage a complex landscape that supports our financial integrity, human capital, and corporate processes across multiple international entities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Solution Architecture
- Global Strategy & Roadmap : Define the IT strategy and application roadmap for Finance, HR, and Corporate Functions across all international locations, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
- Solution Design & Solution Architect : Serve as the primary Solution Architect, designing robust, compliant, and scalable IT solutions that leverage technologies such as SAP ECC, SAP HANA, Concur, ADP, and Oracle HFM.
- Team & Peer Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage the team of specialists, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Operational & Service Management
- Service & Vendor Management : Oversee the end‑to‑end IT service lifecycle for the application portfolio, managing relationships and performance of key vendors and external service providers.
- Project Management & Quality Assurance : Drive the successful execution of IT projects (including budgeting and phase management), ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards of quality assurance (QA).
- Critical System Management : Ensure the stability, security, and continuous evolution of the application portfolio, providing expert support and troubleshooting for complex issues.
Functional & Technical Expertise (Hands‑On)
- SAP Finance & Corporate Control : Provide hands‑on expertise in SAP FI, CO, and corporate functions. Manage the integration of core ERP systems (SAP ECC / HANA) with corporate control tools like Oracle HFM and various reporting platforms.
- E‑Invoicing and Compliance : Lead the implementation and maintenance of solutions for electronic invoicing and compliance (B2B, B2G, etc.).
- HR Application Support : Oversee and provide support for key HR platforms, including ADP, SAP HR modules, and Concur, ensuring effective integration with finance processes.
- Brazilian Fiscal Processes (Plus) : Expertise in SAP fiscal processes related to Brazilian localization is a significant advantage, particularly given the complexity of our international environment.
Required Qualifications & Competencies
- Experience : Proven managerial experience (5+ years) leading IT teams and managing complex application portfolios in a multinational setting, coupled with a strong hands‑on operational background.
- Technical Stack : Extensive practical knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP HANA in a Finance context. Deep familiarity with Oracle HFM and other corporate reporting tools. Experience with Concur and ADP is required.
- Process Knowledge : In‑depth understanding of end‑to‑end Finance, HR, and Corporate processes, particularly in a high‑compliance industry.
