As the Integrated Retail Marketing Manager, you will lead a team of marketing specialists and drive the integrated retail marketing offense across the Italy & Greece marketplace. You will define how Nike’s brand priorities come to life across Owned and Partner Retail, translating seasonal strategies into impactful consumer experiences that connect sport, culture and community.
Working at the intersection of Brand, Marketplace and Retail, you will partner closely with key cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated plans that elevate brand distinction and marketplace growth.
Based in Milan and reporting directly to the Integrated Retail Marketing Director, Italy & Greece, you will play a critical role in shaping seasonal strategies, developing your team and driving marketplace excellence through consistency, creativity and consumer obsession.
You will lead the Integrated Retail Marketing team in Italy & Greece, managing a team of marketing specialists responsible for bringing Nike's brand priorities to life across the marketplace.
You will partner with leaders across Sport Brand, Communications, Sports Marketing, Energy Marketing, Brand Creative, Nike Direct and Sales, ensuring strong alignment between brand priorities, consumer opportunities and marketplace needs.
As a key marketplace leader, you will partner closely with EKIN and Visual Merchandising & Styling (VM&S) leaders to ensure seasonal strategies are effectively translated across Owned and Partner Retail environments.
You will also work closely with EMEA and Global stakeholders, representing the Italy & Greece marketplace and ensuring local consumer and marketplace insights inform broader planning priorities.

The annual base salary for this position generally ranges from 56,600 – 87,700 EUR Annual. Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
