A company in Medical Equipment Manufacturing located in Milan is looking for a Manager Customer Service to lead their Customer Service team and ensure a world-class experience for customers. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and a minimum of 6 years in Customer Service, with at least 5 years in a management position. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Italian, and will focus on team development and operational efficiency.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
