Stevanato Group is seeking a Manager Corporate Quality Management System (QMS) to join our Global Quality team in Italy. You will lead QMS strategy, implement processes across sites, and drive continuous improvement in corporate quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years in regulated quality systems, strong knowledge of ISO/cGMP/FDA EU GMPs, and experience transforming an enterprise QMS. Location options include Piombino Dese or Milan, with a focus on quality culture and training.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Systems within regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of standards (ISO, cGMP, FDA CFRs, EU GMPs) and data integrity.
• Experience designing or transforming an enterprise QMS across sites/units.
• Experience with eQMS platforms and digital quality transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical skills, problem solving and risk-based decisions.

To support our continued global growth, we are looking for a results-driven Manager Corporate Quality Management System (QMS) to join our Global Quality team and play a key role in the evolution, implementation and continuous improvement of our Corporate QMS.

You will

• Contribute to enterprise QMS strategy and governance, ensuring alignment across Business Units.
• Drive the implementation and effectiveness of corporate QMS processes within the assigned scope.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.

• Strong knowledge of applicable standards and regulations, including ISO, cGMP, FDA CFRs, EU GMPs and data integrity principles.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing or transforming an enterprise QMS across multiple sites or Business Units.
• Experience with eQMS platforms and digital quality transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, problem solving and risk-based decision-making skills.

For this role, the expected compensation range is €50.000– €70.000 The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including geographic location, professional experience, education, and skill level.
