A leading self-storage management company in Italy seeks a Full-Time Maintenance Technician. The role involves light maintenance and overseeing projects at various locations. Candidates should have great independence, janitorial skills, and be able to work in varying weather conditions. The scheduled hours are Tuesday to Friday, providing 32 hours of work weekly with a pay rate of $20-21.

Self Storage Consulting Group (SSCG) is the leading provider of self storage third party management and we have an opportunity for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our faculties in Lodi & Ripon CA.

The candidate will be an independent, self-starter who has excellent janitorial and maintenance skills. Responsible for light maintenance on storage property and the cleaning of storage units.

*NOTE: Must have reliable transportation and Vehicle Insurance

What You Will Do

• Pulling weeds and removing debris
• Keep outdoor areas and walkways clear of trash and debris
• Perform minor repairs and Assist with maintenance projects as required
• Multi-task and manage multiple projects
• Will supervise projects with vendors and day to day processes of the Storage Facility
• Train new Maintenance Technicians at multiple locations
• Help prevent maintenance related problems before they arise

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to work with small electric hand tools
• Must have the ability to multi-task and manage projects in a timely manner
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions

Pay: $20-21

Schedule: Tues-Fri - 9-3pm - 32 hrs/week
