Responsibilities include routine maintenance, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring operational effectiveness. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with specialized training preferred, and possess strong electrical troubleshooting skills. Competenze

• HS diploma or equivalent required. Specialized skill training/certification preferred.
• Electrical troubleshooting skills to include wiring, AC power, AC motors, and control panels.
• Preferred mechanical experience with gearboxes, sprockets, chains, and bearings.

Mansioni

• Repair and maintenance of MHE including belt tracking and component adjustment.
• Complete preventive maintenance routines and documentation.
• Respond to service calls and correct equipment failures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Repair and maintenance of MHE including belt tracking, component adjustment / replacement, component lubrication, etc.
• Complete preventive maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures.
• Create and close work orders into asset management system with appropriate data to include labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
• Locate and track spare parts from inventory.
• Performs routine maintenance and equipment testing to ensure they meet specifications
• Respond to service calls and correct equipment failures and faults.
• Identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organizations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• HS diploma or equivalent required. Specialized skill training / certification preferred.
• Electrical troubleshooting skills to include wiring, ac power, ac motors, electrical drawings / schematics, and control panels
• Preferred mechanical experience with gearboxes, sprockets, chains, bearings, guide rollers, etc.
• Experience with servo drives, PLC, PC controllers, dc power supplies, optical devices (i.e., encoders, photo eyes, etc.)
• Knowledge of conveying systems and MS Office products
