We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.


Responsibilities


  • As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for: Ensuring that equipment, tools and machine tools are in good condition for use. Proposing plans for preventive maintenance and corrective action.

  • Exchanging data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.

  • Handling standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning.

  • Coordinating and verifying the work of external contractors.

  • Analyzing and diagnosing cause of malfunctions, failures, and repetitive manufacturing problems and recommend and implement proper corrective actions.

  • Liaising with production and all functions colleagues, dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs.

  • Reading equipment manuals and understand technical drawings such as P&ID, hydraulic schematics, electrical wiring diagrams to quickly identify and find solutions for faults.

  • Understanding PLCs and ISO language programs, automation system, CNC.


Qualifications


  • Be time served in Mechatronics, Electronics or Electrical Engineering or have an equivalent high school / college diploma.

  • Have proven experience in a similar role

  • Have good oral and written communication skills.

  • Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Be able to work independently.

  • Have good problem-solving skills.

  • Be willing to work shifts – Day Shift, Evening Shift and Nightshift.
