You will define maintenance plans and manage extraordinary maintenance of production lines. The ideal candidate has experience in the maintenance industry, knowledge of SAP-PM, and excellent communication skills in Italian and English. This Position reports to: Maintenance Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and/or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee execution of extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and updating technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Defining maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities, and consulting on ways to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety of equipment and/or facilities.
  • Solving major technical, equipment, or facilities problems to achieve higher performance of the production lines by upgrade of the equipment.
  • Proposing improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.
Qualifications For The Role
  • You are immersed in Maintenance function Automation industry
  • You have at least experience in Plant Maintenance, Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance
  • You have experience in Preventive Maintenance (PM).
  • You possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP-PM (Plant Maintenance)
  • You are at ease communicating in Italian and English
  • You are a self-motivated, responsible and Safety oriented individual. You have the ability to manage time and responsibilities independently. You like working in team.
