Overview

We are looking for a Maintenance Specialist role at MARTUR FOMPAK International.

Martur Italy S.r.l., part of the Martur Fompak International Group, develops and manages projects for the group, focusing on automotive interior trim products. It handles project development, logistics, and sales, serving as the interface between the parent company and European OEM customers.

JOB EXPECTATIONS

Skilled software in organizing and performing equipment installation, repair and reactive/preventive maintenance activities to ensure continuity of production.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical Bachelor Degree/High School or equivalent experience
• Experience of at least 3 years
• Good PLC knowledge

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Skilled software professional with proven experience in programming and integrating automatic machines, with strong PLC knowledge; capable of developing innovative software solutions for industrial automation and process optimization
• Examine mechanical, electrical and electronic failures in the production area to determine root causes using EWO forms and standardize corrective actions
• Determine critical machines for planned maintenance, specify maintenance periods, prepare annual maintenance schedules, allocate work, and plan materials
• Ensure production vehicles are transported to the workshop before commissioning, and make pneumatic and electrical connections
• Conduct improvement studies and provide feedback for non-conformities reported by the Quality department after machine capability studies
• Support planning of machine and process capabilities, release results, initiate improvements, and conduct testing under ideal conditions
• Support test works during final acceptance of production vehicles
• Provide training support to operators for autonomous maintenance cards
• Manage relations with contractors and service providers, supervising and verifying works
• Provide support to Purchasing Department for supplier contact and assessment
• Coordinate maintenance activities with related companies for equipment under warranty, and provide maintenance support
• Prepare the critical spare parts list, determine minimum levels and manage stock accordingly
• Foster occupational safety awareness within the team
• Ensure 5S compliance in the Maintenance Unit and working area
• Create and utilize SMP forms for standardization
• Develop the team work plan to ensure efficient operations
• Support budgeting of annual maintenance activities
• Report maintenance activities to management
