Verdalia Bioenergy seeks a Service Manager to lead maintenance strategy across its biomethane assets, coordinating with Plant Managers and the Technology department to maximise reliability and minimize downtime.

The role is based at the Verona, Italy site, requiring Italian fluency and willingness to travel regionally for on-call duties and maintenance coordination. A €50,000-€60,000 gross yearly salary plus a 20% performance bonus is offered.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, including coordination/management roles.
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent background.
• Solid knowledge of rotating equipment, gas upgrading, electrical/instrumentation, and PLC/SCADA; CMMS experience.

Responsabilidades

• Define and deploy the maintenance strategy for assigned plants.
• Lead preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage spare parts lists, stock levels and procurement coordination.
• Define service contracts scope and evaluate offers; monitor SLAs/KPIs.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and maintain CMMS records.
