We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance PlannerActivity Planning to join our team in the beautiful city of Lucca, Italy, and play a key role in ensuring the success of our maintenance operations agreement.

The agreement aims to optimize maintenance planning and resource allocation, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in our customer’s paper mill.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensuring safe operations by adhering to HSE policies, conducting risk assessments, and updating work procedures.
  • Planning and managing daily maintenance operations and prioritizing tasks with the Area Manager.
  • Supporting supervisors in organizing weekly planning meetings and creating schedules.
  • Optimizing resource planning, including internal and external resources.
  • Organizing shutdown planning meetings, scheduling tasks, and tracking resources.
  • Ensuring efficient use and optimization of the CMMS (SAP), including data analysis and application improvements.
  • Assisting with spare parts and inventory management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supporting TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) implementation and long‑term maintenance planning.
Expectations
  • Technical degree.
  • Experience in scheduling and planning maintenance work, preferably in similar industries.
  • Proficiency in SAP and technical documentation, including spare parts and drawings.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Good level of English (written and spoken); Italian will be considered a plus.
  • Proactive, safety‑oriented mindset with excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
